5. PAYMENT INFORMATION
5.1 Payments must be made on the secure web platform. Students may choose the monthly payment date that is most convenient to their personal circumstances.
5.2 Kingdom School of Arts can only permit students to begin their first term of study after full payment has been received for their chosen package.
5.3 All tuition fees and deposits paid to Kingdom School of Arts are non-refundable, irrespective of the students’ attendance or change of circumstances.
5.4 In the case that contracted term dates are changed as a result of governmental directives, Acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, Kingdom School of Arts will offer affected students a deferment of their scheduled terms at no additional cost. The school shall not be liable to refund tuition fees where a reasonable alternative has been offered. This is in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Any monies already paid to the school will remain credited to the student's account for 36 months from the date of the first payment.
5.5 Students cannot voluntarily defer terms under any circumstances.
5.6 We ask all students to adopt a professional attitude, take full responsibility for their payments, and to maintain clear communication with the school at all times. If you are set-up on the monthly payment plan option and you are unable to make your next due payment, please login into your www.partial.ly account and make the amendment on your account. Please note that Kingdom School of Arts can not amend or issue refunds from your partial.ly account under any circumstances.
